What are the check-in and check-out times at the ARCOTEL Camino Stuttgart?
Your room will be available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you check-out by 12.00 p.m.
Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?
Please look for the exact cancellation details which apply to your booked rate. We offer a link on your confirmation e-mail from which you can make the cancellation.Our reservation team will also be very happy to help.
Is the hotel suitable for non-smokers? Do you have smoking rooms? Where can I smoke?
The ARCOTEL Camino Stuttgart is a non-smoking hotel. It is thus prohibited to smoke either in the common areas or the guest rooms.
Do your meeting rooms have natural light? Do you cater for weddings?
Yes, five of our six meeting rooms have natural light, and we would be delighted to accommodate your wedding reception. You can find more information about our seminar and events area here.
Is there Wi-Fi / business centre / hot spots/ internet terminals?
We have two internet terminals available for use in reception. Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel.
What can I do if I don’t have a credit card and want to guarantee my reservation?
Even without a credit card, there are several ways to guarantee your reservation.
For individual bookings, we’ll be happy to send you a payment or authorization link via email upon request. Please simply send us a written request by email. You can also use the payment link to pay by bank transfer.
A guarantee without a credit card is also possible if a valid corporate rate agreement exists with the respective hotel.
Corporate customers without such an agreement have the option of conveniently sending us a written guarantee statement by email. You will then receive a payment or authorization link via email. Using the payment link, you can also pay by bank transfer.
Please note that bookings of 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations. Special conditions apply, which we would be happy to coordinate with you individually by email.
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, and American Express.
Can I change money? Which credit cards do you accept?
We do not offer a foreign currency exchange service. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB. The nearest facility for changing money is around 300 metres from the hotel, at the LBBW by the main train station.
Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel has its own underground car park with a daily charge of EUR 24.00 per space. Additionally, 2 EV charging stations are available. Restaurant and bar guests can park for EUR 2.50 per hour. You can find more information under Location.

Is there a laundry / ironing service?
For a small charge of EUR 2.50 per item of clothing, we would be happy to iron your laundry in house. In addition, we can also wash your laundry using one of our partners in line with your requirements. The price list for this can be found in your wardrobe, and it is also available form reception.
Can I bring my dog to the hotel? How much does this cost?
You are welcome to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of EUR 15.00 per day. Dogs are not permitted in the wellness area.
Do you have allergy-friendly rooms / disability-friendly rooms?
All of our rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers, and we also have two disability-friendly rooms. Find more information here.
What dishes does the restaurant offer? Do you also have a kids’/senior citizens’ menu? Do you host themed evenings such as Candlelight Dinner / New Year Gala / Valentine’s Day / St Martin’s Day?

Do you offer special dishes for lactose and gluten intolerance, or for wheat allergies? Can you provide Kosher food or vegetarian dishes?
We are happy to organise this, by arrangement with our Head Chef.
What are your restaurant’s opening hours? Do you have 24 hour room service? Is your restaurant open to non-resident guests?
